Last morning in hakodate

Good morning!
It is our last morning in hakodate. yesterday we planned to go to all the places we missed over the first few days. First on the list was to visit a CD shop that jeff wanted to go to. We got there and found out it was closed on wednesdays. Then we went to visit a clothes shop that chris and I wanted to go to, we found out it was closed on wednesdays. Then we went to find a bar that we all wanted to go to, it was also closed.

Ironically, I also found out the reason why we couldnt get into the onsen yesterday - it is closed on every 2nd and 4th tuesday, the lonely planet guide even said so - whoops! If only we swapped our itinerary for those two days.

Anywhoo, we headed over to lucky perriot again - jeff and chris both got the biggest burger on the menu - the Hakodate burger. It had a meat pattie, chicken layer, potatoe layer, chicken shnitzel, 2 sets of burger buns and an egg for good measure. They both completely finished them off.

After that adventure we headed back to the hotel - had some `bad boys` (i.e. alcoholic beverages) and went to our favorite bar - october 28. They let us know that Aomori people are very shy.

Today we head off to Aomori - I have no idea what to expect. Hopefullu the onsen experience will not allude me once again!
